About the Coach

Joanna Khoury

Founder

    • Agile Coach, consultant and trainer
    • BS in Computer Science, Executive MBA in General Management
    • Experience in the software industry, of which 13 years in agile environments
    • Started providing agile training since 2013
    • Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance and Scrum.org
    • Certified Agile Coach Practitioner (ACP) from IC Agile
    • Certified in SAFe and have worked 4 years as a coach for SAFe programs
    • Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner

    After having completed my BS in Computer Science I have occupied positions in software companies until 2009 she got her first role of Product Owner and got to learn about Scrum and Agile.

    After taking multiple Scrum Training I joined Scrum Arabia founded by Adonis El Fakih and our mission was to provide Scrum Training and Consulting to companies willing to adopt Scrum to Improve their performance.

    Had a great mentor, Adonis El Fakih who lead me in the Agile world and continued providing training for Scrum teams as well as coaching and Mentoring as a consultant for companies adopting Scrum or other more complex framework like SAFe.

    My aim is to assist teams and organizations during their journey by sharing my experience and creating learning experiences where leaders and teams can increase their knowledge in the agile world, make the right choices for their organizations and create value efficiently and effectively for their clients.
